AMD ROCm Performance Primitives (RPP) is a high-performance
computer vision library for AMD processors that have HIP, OpenCL,
or CPU backends.

RPP is a dependency of a number of scientific computing libraries
such as MIVisionX.

This package is part of AMD's ROCm stack and will be maintained
under the Debian AI team umbrella.
