I'm thrilled that I can join the Debian Project as a GSoC contributor!

For the first steps, I update the hugging-face to the latest (0.29.1 → 0.31.1)

I check that the test has passed. So please have a look and check my update.

I want to update the Debian Archive huggingface-hub package. 

If you have time, please show me how to do so. 

I will continue my project, and my next step is packaging tokenizers.
