Merging Debian Xilinx team and Debian AI teams

Hello,

I had a chat offline with the members of the Debian Xilinx packaging team (https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=team%2Bpkg-xilinx%40tracker.debian.org) about the future direction for their packages.  In the future there is going to be an overlap because both NPU and ROCm have EP providers for onnxruntime.

I asked them if they would be interested in merging teams and efforts and they're interested.

So operationally Nobuhiro and Punit can you join the Debian-AI team and request to join the Salsa team?
