I did not see any obvious issue here. Lapack 3.9.1 -> 3.12.1 has only introduced
several new API/ABIs without removal, and shouldn't really break things. So
maybe it is something else like details hiding in the build flags.
Don't worry. The issue will eventually appear again if it presists.
