I'd say my situation for pytorch-cuda is more or less the same. While my
main workhorse includes ppc64el, it does not have GPU. So while I build
pytorch-cuda on arm64 and ppc64el, whether they actually work or not
is purely based on guess and hope.

In terms of AMD GPU on arm64, it can be done with raspeberry pi 5 through
some pcie adaptors. That would be much cheaper than anything else.
