This shouldn't matter. You can do development work during the freeze in
experimental, or you can also setup a temporary archive during the
internship if experimental is not adequate enough. Also, during the
freeze NEW packages don't migrate to testing anyway, so they don't
affect the release, and you can just use unstable for those.
