Currently we have a release plan [1] aims to bring 6.1.2 to trixie. And I’m working on upgrading the software bottom up (roct, rocr, amdsmi, rocm-smi, compiler completed, now working on HIP). And Cory and Mo are working on the ROCm version of PyTorch (based on 5.7, right?).

We choose 6.1.2 as upgrading from 5.7 to 6.2 directly may introduce unexpected breaking changes, so we take a smaller step, as explained by Cory in [2].

Maybe Cory or Christian could supply or update some information about our recent schedule?
