At first glance, it seems that rocprim doesn't have a symbols file. Are
we 100% sure that 6.0 doesn't break backwards compatibility in any way?
I ask because although rocprim is not listed under ABI breakages in [1],
the list does not seem to be exhaustive, and contains just about all of
the other libraries.

Do you have a Salsa [1] account yet? It would be preferable to have the
repos there, as you could file merge requests directly against the main
repos. I'll send your user an invite to the ROCm Team group once I have
an account name.
Please also add your work items to the top of [3] once you've started
something, just to avoid possibly redundant work amongst contributors.
