Bug#1084103: src:xnnpack: fails to migrate to testing for too long

The failure to migrate is caused by the issue reported in
<URL: https://bugs.debian.org/1083286 >, the removal of library symbols
without changing the SONAME, causing packages using the library to fail
the autopkgtest run.
