This did not trigger a test. I initially thought because of [1] but
according to the logs, it must have been the other way around: binaries
with new version, source with old version. Odd.

This only seems to happen in experimental and when a second version is
uploaded.

Unfortunately the archive state is consistent again so I cannot
reproduce this, but I'll add some logging for next time.

I've cleared the state of roct-thunk-interface in experimental and the
scheduler has now picked it up.
