Bug#1082715: rocm-opencl-icd: lacks-ldconfig-trigger lintian error
Package: rocm-opencl-icd
Version: 5.7.1-4
Severity: normal
X-Debbugs-Cc: cgmb@slerp.xyz
Dear Maintainer,
Lintian reports a lacks-ldconfig-trigger error relating to libamdocl64.so
in the rocm-opencl-icd package. It is not clear to me why this is the case.
It would not be difficult to add activate-noawait ldconfig as suggested, but
I wonder if there may be other problems with functionality normally
provided by dh_makeshlibs.
There are also lintian warnings for breaks-without-version,
package-name-doesnt-match-sonames and shared-library-lacks-version that
should probably be reviewed (and suppressed if appropriate).
Sincerely,
Cory Bloor
