debci 3.10+rocm5 uploaded: bugfixes

Hi,

I've released a new version of our fork of debci to our APT repo [1].

This version ships fixes a long-standing bug where certain debci options
that contained nested strings themselves containing whitespace broke
during expansion, eg:

  # config
  debci_autopkgtest_args="--setup-commands='foo bar'"
  # runner.sh
  autopkgtest $debci_autopkgtest_args

Furthermore, dangling podman images older than 1 week are now pruned. As
images are rebuilt daily, these images were taking up a lot of space.
