around February or March, we have about ~6 months to get everything
finalized.
That sounds like a lot, but it isn't, considering that we have a number
of transitions to take care of. For bookworm, the transition freeze was
on January 12th.
We should really, /really/ aim to have
* ROCm on at least 6.1 across the board
* full support for Navi 3x and MI300
* ROCm support in PyTorch and Blender.
