I've added documentation packages for rocrand and hiprand. These quite similar to the doc packages of the other rocm libraries.

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "rocrand":

  libhiprand1-tests - wrapper library to port from cuRAND applications to HIP - tests
  libhiprand-doc - wrapper library to port from cuRAND applications to HIP - documentation
