RFS: rocr-runtime/5.2.3-6 -- HSA Runtime API and runtime for ROCm

Hi folks,

I've prepared a package update for rocr-runtime to disable the xnack message. I added myself to the uploaders, as this is my fourth upload of this package and I figured I probably should at this point.

   * Add d/p/0005-disable-xnack-query-print.patch to disable message:
       KFD does not support xnack mode query.
       ROCr must assume xnack is disabled.
