Re: RFS: rocrand/5.3.3-1 -- generate pseudo- and quasi-random numbers



Hey folks,

I just wanted to highlight this RFS again, since it fixes bug #1028957 [1]. As it currently stands, find_package(rocrand) does not work. In my opinion, the bug in question significantly limits the usefulness of the rocrand package. It's important to get this fixed.

I plan to apply for DM status so that I can handle routine updates myself in the future... for now, though, I would greatly appreciate if a DD could sponsor this for me.
