Not with the ugly hardcoded paths in debian/rules, no, sorry.
That won't even build on i386, much less armel.
The second for loop, in target override_dh_auto_install-arch, is
unnecessary; the first loop already iterates over each shared library;
you only need a few more instructions in that loop.
