I have uploaded the changes making dh-ada-library compatible with
gnat-4.9 to unstable. Contact me if you encounter new problems.

dh-ada-library is an executable, it does not need to be compiled with
the same compiler version than polyorb. As long as gnat-4.9 is not
available in unstable, I prefer dh-ada-library to Build-Depend on
gnat-4.8.
