It's more complicated than that; I got bit by the "automatically create
mtn.db" mis-feature that was in mtn for a while. My ada-reference-manual
workspace was using a local db, not my central ada-france.db. And I did
not notice that when I did 'sync ada-france' nothing from
ada-reference-manual got pushed.
That feature is not in mtn anymore, and I've now synced that local db
with both my ada-france.db and www.ada-france.
