Well Fenrir has to do with Debian accessibility.
Ubuntu is still Debian, so I think my quest for assistance is relevant here.

Respectfully, this has nothing to do with Debian or Debian-provided
software. Please take it up with the vendor for their support.

There are hundreds of Chinese vendors selling boards and devices like this.
Often they are not certified in any way and are sold as "for development".
Often the vendor provides a customised kernel image and a snapshot of
a Debian or an Ubuntu image with no guarantee that these can be updated.

Armbian is a Debian rebuild generally using the vendor's BSP (Board
Support Package) kernel and firmware.

Maybe come back for Debian support with a Debian-supported device?
To some extent, you get what you pay for in this and it is likely that
no-one else will have this device..
