Testing No Braille keys in X

Dear team,

Testing, Mate, installed from DI.

Braille keys are not available in X and Orca. Works fine in none X TTY.

$ ps ax | grep brl
   4364 ?        S<sl   0:00 /bin/brltty --no-daemon
      5636 ?        Ss     0:00 /bin/xbrlapi
         5638 ?        Ssl    0:17 /bin/brltty -b ba -s no -x a2 -N

I’ve blacklisted hid_mutitouch hid_generic module but I don’t think that
shouldn’t cause a side-effect.
