Bug#830730: espeak: EWMH, UCS, UTF, UUID acronyms

These acronyms are currently not pronounced correctly:
EWMH, UCS, UTF, UUID

I hoped that the attached patch would fix it, but it didn't make any 
difference. :-/ Does the package rebuild the data files from source?
