alsa-base-udeb was removed from unstable a while back, and espeakup-udeb's
dependency is holding back the testing transition.

The attached patch should do. I'll upload it as an NMU to the delayed queue,
feel free to cancell it or render it obsolete with a maintainer upload.

So that was uploaded, the udeb is gone, and this bug report wasn't closed…

Anyway, libkmod2-udeb in testing is 16-2 so you have another blocker anyway.

And I guess tests are in order, too.
