speech-dispatcher just got accepted into experimental. I would
appreciate it when people familiar with the package could test it and
see if it works properly. If you find issues, please report them with
the reportbug command line (from the package reportbug). But if you
don't want to use reportbug, just respond to this e-mail instead.
