Bug#724695: brltty: initramfs hook copies /proc/mounts to /etc/mtab

In debian/initramfs/scripts/init-premount/brltty there's:

  cp /proc/mounts /etc/mtab

This is wrong, /etc/mtab is supposed to be a symlink to
/proc/mounts. Please remove this line.
