Testing Debian 7 RC2

Hi All,

I'm a blind user and currently testing the RC2 of Debian 7.
First of all i have to say: thanks, you did a great job on the new
Debian as fahr as accessibility is concerned!
In particular i love this new, talking installer and the speech
support for pure console! These are very good new features..

Now i'm wondering what the default procedure would be to report
propusals for improovements or bug reports concerning accessibility?
Should i just use reportbugs or is there something else i should know?
