Yes, I have already looked that up some time ago (taken from speakup
website, I think), but:
- the default value should be as good as possible
- what about laptops lacking a numpad? Maybe there is a insert key
  existing nevertheless.
- are the above commands known to the people, who need it?
- in the d-i manual there is nothing about it.
  Maybe there should be something included about this?
