Hi. The same fix for gnome-terminal 3.0 fixes the accessibility for system monitor
3.0.
Part of the problem can be fixed by adding libgail-3-common to the dependencys of gnome-terminal and gnome-system-monitor.
Since there isn't a gtk 3.0 specific version for atk, creating a sym link to the existing atk version
will probably be the best solution.
