Bug#627002: daisy-player: Should recommend udisks only, not depend on it.

I already fixed this in the git repository, but by removing the
dependency for !linux on udisks (I described the fact in README.Debian).
Daisy-player expects udisks to be present if you don't start it with a
directory on command line, so I prefer it this way. Do you think the
recommends is the better solution?

I am waiting for bug 625649 (unrelated problem) to get fixed and I will
upload a new version.
