Yes, but that would get us back to an entirely
new set of old problems. Problems with Pulse
Audio, users having to manually set SPEECHD_PORT
environment variable, manual startup...
My recommendation: 0.7 with the two mentioned
patches (pthread and disabled audio fallback)
should be prefered over 0.6
