Well, according to my (possibly sloppy) reading of Policy 8.4 and
(possibly mistaken) assumption about usual practices, I was excpecting
to find either libflite-dev or libflite1-dev. Anyway, since lintian
doesn't seem to complain about the name, it looks like the confusion is
all mine (again).
