Hello Lukasz,During 2020 and 2021 we had a server running Moodle and some people created contents mainly with text. Maybe there were some drafts using tests with questions. For some of the proposals you are pointing, someone proposed using Open eDX and Big Blue Button. This is the Wiki page of the project:
