Good idea.  I'd expect there to be space (jitsi rooms, matrix chat rooms w/
freenode irc gateway) for ad-hoc get-togethers.  Also the traditional Debian
booth ( https://wiki.debian.org/DebianEvents/be/2021/FOSDEM ) will be
represented in some form, maybe you could use that as a platform.
