Hi Paul,

The Debian package 'inkscape' (used for creating icons etc.) allows you to save
PNG images out as SVGs. I just tested this myself.

Does anyone know how to easily convert png files to svg,  I downloaded a
keyboard for a blog post on shortcuts for LibreOffice writer, (in above repo
under shortcuts)  but OpenClipart want me to upload files in svg in order to
start uploading further modifications,  this is a little beyond me at the moment.
