Screenshots and converting png to svg

Hi

Been taking lots more Screenshots for various related projects, if these 
are useful then please feel free to git pull or git clone to pull 
everything down.

Does anyone know how to easily convert png files to svg,  I downloaded a 
keyboard for a blog post on shortcuts for LibreOffice writer, (in above 
repo under shortcuts)  but OpenClipart want me to upload files in svg in 
order to start uploading further modifications,  this is a little beyond 
me at the moment.
