Just want to mention there are users affected by dropping support for the big endian PPC64. Yes it's old but the baseline supports even older Intels so there's a kind of discrepancy here.
PPC64 hardware is surely not as common as ARM and Intel but I notice support for archs with even lower production volumes like the s390x. I would be grateful if the baseline could be more 'data driven' regarding the amount of serviceable hardware out there (these old Power PCs are unstoppable).
