We're lucky, the files are actually also on the archive server, just not
where you would expect them.

Before amd64 became mainstream, there was a separate release of Debian Sarge
for amd64 which was archived separately and that includes the original copy
of zope-quotafolder [1].

I have asked the FTP Masters to put a copy with ".old" into the generic pool
folder so that users can find the packages there.
