Found it, it's on this ISO image [1] in the usual pool folder:

glaubitz@suse-laptop:/tmp> md5sum zope-quotafolder_0.1.1-1_all.deb 
3945cf9ea545cd92b334024445f4324e  zope-quotafolder_0.1.1-1_all.deb
glaubitz@suse-laptop:/tmp>

I assume we need to replace it on the archive mirror?
