Hello!
Building tpm2-tss with "nocheck" in DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS fails with:

dh_install: Cannot find (any matches for) "test/unit/.libs/*" (tried in ., debian/tmp)

dpkg-buildpackage: error: fakeroot debian/rules binary-arch subprocess returned exit status 2
This means that the package cannot be built with the testsuite
disabled which also means it cannot be cross-built and fails to
build for some ports architectures where are passing "nocheck"
by default.
