Bug#812542: libcurl3-gnutls: Still has libgnutls-deb0-28 hard-coded in its dependencies

Hello!

libcurl3-gnutls has a hard-coded dependency on libgnutls-deb0-28 [1] even
though src:gnutls28 no longer builds the libgnutls-deb0-28 binary package.

Please update the control file to reflect the changes in src:gnutls28.
