There seems to be Debian packages for it, but it may not be in the main archive:
https://people.debian.org/~cts/debian-m68k/amiga-lilo/

This is not the latest version, so it may fail on '060 (I have an '040).
Newer version at:
http://fa.linux.680x0.narkive.com/4Yatm3sr/amiga-lilo-2-3

As mis-using amiga-lilo may render your system unbootable (it overwrites
the hard disk's boot block), I strongly encourage to read the included
documentation first.

If you have any questions, please ask!

In personal conversations with technical people, I call myself a hacker. But
when I'm talking to journalists I just say "programmer" or something like that.
