The -4 kernel is simply too big to be loaded by the method you use to load it. The assembler base initialization code for m68k sets up paging for 4MB of virtual memory. The kernel has to work within these 4MB of memory until paging for all 128MB is set up. To set up paging for 128MB, memory containing the page tables for the extra 124MB needs to be allocated.
This happened to *just* fit with the -3 kernel.

The question would be then: why does -4 loads on Vivaldi?
Most likely because Vivaldi runs with only 112 MB:

Elgar OTOH has, as already said, 128 MB memory. When I'm limiting the memory by the memfile to 100663296 bytes the kernel loads and the systems is booting.

So, apparently we have a serious memory problem on Amiga variant. Or in amiboot. Or both.
