spurious dep-wait for monotone on m68k

The monotone package has been in state Dep-Wait on m68k since Nov. 12.
 The current version of this package (0.37-4) does not build-depend on
the package it is dep-waiting for.  Please clear the dep-wait and
build the package.

(I see Ingo has already mentioned this, but it seems worthwhile to
bring it up with an obvious subject line.)
