No, it is real, since saturday night we have two Atari Falcon CT60 machines
running (stable) at 95Mhz. Mine crashed at 96MHz, the other one at 99 I
thought, but now they are both running at 95MHz, have 512MB RAM, but
unfortunately no fast ethernet yet:
