Of course it is possible. I'll gladly accept a patch that implements the SCSI/SCC emulation, if someone wants to write it ;-)
BTW, ARAnyM emulates even PCI - the plan was to write and debug PCI drivers for Milan and similar PCI equipped Atari clones on ARAnyM :-)
