Ok, well when I get 2.4 booted, I'll let you guys know.  This falcon is
intended to be a buildd so I want ideals assigned for that purpose when
thinking of kernel version, etc.

The license of hte MinT driver I believe said something like "do
whatever you want with this code".  I think it has some GPL MII code in
it.  It should be quite safe and compatible.
