Try again with 2.6.16-15, the changelog says I added that module in -14, but
it seems I didn't. In -15 it will be present.

But since the initrd is not working and neither used on m68k, you can just
ignore that error. There will be a vmlinuz in /boot, just use that for
booting and forget the about initrd. If you want, you can still add it to
the boot paramters, it does no harm:

That's a special version of the kernel I built for my A2k with the gvpii
driver removed. Works fine since three days.
