I have no idea what the tradition is. but as we already have two lists
with m68k (debian-devel-m68k-changes, debian-m68k-changes) i think
that the new list should be debian-users-m68k.
but i wouldn't change the old list 'debian-68k'.
btw: it would be nice if someone sends in the data for
debian-users-m68k as requested in
http://www.debian.org/MailingLists/HOWTO_start_list
