Well, my first working mac was/is quickstep, a Centris 650. However,
I've got a few more in the mean time:

* Centris 610 (piper; my first machine, doesn't work reliably per its
  LC040).
* Centris 650 (quickstep).
* Quadra 950 (jazz).
* IIci (barok). Also contains a second monitor card and an asante NIC.
* Quadra 700 (my newest acquisition, doesn't have a name yet).

I'd be willing to provide shell access to anyone who wants it; and I'd
also be willing to boot experimental kernels on any of the above
machines. That being said, quickstep and (soon) jazz are build daemons,
so rebooting those should be done as little as possible (so as to not
interfere too much). Other than that, let me know what you want to do
and I'm game.
