But #243153 is somewhat annoying as well, because it bugs me for several
years now and I usually use (;)) rup/rstatd to check my boxes quickly (are
they up, are they running amok, have a high load, etc).

Won't work on a A4000T with SCSI disks, because of the NEC SCSI chip (or the
obsolete driver)...
